In November, we will be celebrating our 10th birthday.
Our dream (and yes, we always dare to dream BIG) has always been to reach $10 million in 10 years. With just over $8 million funds invested, we'd love for your help to achieve our big dream!
Whatever way is most appropriate for you, no donation is too big or too small - help Sunrise grow so we can continue doing what we love - granting to our community.
How can you become involved in Sunrise Week?
The possibilities are endless. Host an event over Sunrise Week and support either our General fund or one of our other special interest funds. All money raised over Sunrise Week gets us closer to achieving our 10 for 10 dream.
Host a BBQ or community hangi, an orange themed morning tea, have a casual dress in orange day at work, or even orange cocktails with friends...whatever you'd like to do to become involved!
Pick a fund to support
Make a donation to either our General fund or one of our other special interest funds. Whether it's $5 or $500, it all helps us as we strive to build a better, more vibrant Tairāwhiti-Gisborne for future generations. Or better yet, become a regular donor through our Regular or Workplace Giving schemes.
With over 50 different funds to choose from there really is cause close to everyone's heart.
Be involved without hosting an event
No problem! There is no pressure to host an event, just get involved in whatever way you feel most comfortable.
Whether that's by making a one-off donation during Sunrise Week to one of our special interest funds to support a cause dear to your heart, or perhaps signing up to become a regular Sunrise donor.
Join us on our journey of reaching our 10 for 10 dream so we can continue supporting the many and varied groups doing such important work in our community.
