Provide the following info in your email:
Tell us the recipient's name, the amount you want to donate, the fund you are supporting, and who the gift is from. Please tell us whether you want to collect the certificate in person or have it emailed. Don't forget to include your phone number in the email so we can contact you if we have any queries.
You can pay online to our Sunrise Foundation Trust account:
02-0644-0217280-01 using your name in the Particulars, and Gift Cert in the Reference section.
Under current taxation legislation, your donation will qualify for a 33.3% tax rebate up to a limit of your taxable income.
