Sunrise supports charities and community organisations that have a charitable purpose in Tairāwhiti-Gisborne (the area covered by the Gisborne District Council).

Since we launched four years ago we have awarded 102 grants to worthy causes across the arts, education, environment, health, social services and sports communities in the Tairāwhiti-Gisborne District, with a total value of $187,785.
